What lens are you looking through?

We all have a lens that we look at life through—that lens is developed throughout your life from your upbringing, environment and experiences.

My lens was rejection—I related everything through that lens, often feeling left out, not wanted, not good enough, ignored or abandoned! And every thought filtered through that lens—it was an exhausting way to live!

Occasionally I catch my thoughts still trying to go in that direction, but I’ve learned to filter EVERY thought through the Word and make it obedient to Christ! (Read II Corinthians 10:5)

Rather than picking up my rejection lenses, I see what the Word says first about me—and I think that thought instead!

What lens have you been seeing life through? Fear, Poverty, Anger?

Get in the Word and change it!

See yourself healed, whole, free, worthy, loved, complete in Him!

“Fill your thoughts with my words until they penetrate deep into your spirit.” Proverbs‬ ‭4:21‬ ‭TPT‬‬
