I love to bake and always enjoy finding new things to try…so, I thought I would share this recipe with you! The ones that tried it at Thanksgiving said it was really good and I thought so too!
3 egg, beaten
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches and pecans. Mix thoroughly by hand.
- Pour into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done.
I made a simple sugar glaze icing to go on top too! Enjoy!
